Currently, we only ship to UK Mainland, Offshore Islands and Scottish Highlands, and Ireland for orders placed online. When you place an order, you will be charged our standard shipping charge and aim to get the order out same day for next day delivery.
UK Mainland:

Offshore Islands (Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey) & Scottish Highlands:

Returns Policy
- No goods will be accepted back for credit or replacement unless a previous written agreement has been granted by Electro-Replacement Limited.
- All returns must be sent back at Customer’s expense, carriage paid quoting the returns number given in the written agreement.
- Returns must be accompanied by written evidence of the date of purchase, Returns/Debit note quoting original invoice number advising reason for the return, without which the Company reserves the right to refuse credit, repair or replacement.
- Faulty goods must be returned to Electro-Replacement Limited for evaluation prior to replacement to your customer.
- Immediate exchange is not possible.
- We reserve the right not to accept goods back for credit due to cancellation of an order. This also applies if a stock cleanse is requested.
- Goods not eligible for repair or replacement will be notified to the Customer, who has 14 days to collect them or they will be disposed of.
- All costs relating to such disposal will be charged to the Customer.
