COVID-19 Service Update

Dear all,  

As the Coronavirus outbreak continues, we all face the difficult challenge of responding to the impact it is having on our lives, businesses and community. We recognise that many of our customers continue to operate and ERL will strive to serve them in the best and most socially responsible way possible, following all Government and NHS guidelines whilst ensuring the health and safety of our employees. All essential staff remaining onsite are observing strict social distancing and hygiene rules.  

Sales Orders:
We have ensured that stock levels are high and we welcome orders via email sales@electroreplacement.com  and our online store. www.electroreplacement.com. Please email neil@electroreplacement.com should you require any assistance with login or registration. 

Delivery Times:

Orders can be placed 24 Hours a day 7 days a week either via email or by logging in to ERL’s e-commerce website. Please note as above all orders taken on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (by noon) will be despatched on the Wednesday. Orders received then on will be despatched the following Wednesday. 

Customer/Technical enquires:
We request that all customer and technical enquires are made to sales@electroreplacement.com as phone lines are limited. If your enquiry is urgent, please email ravi@electroreplacement.com. All enquiries will be managed as efficiently as possible.
